Good questions.
Is my data private?
Yes. Bullpen runs on your own PC, so your chats, files, emails and passwords stay there. On Standard, All-in and the free trial, your team's questions to the AI pass through our server on the way to Anthropic (the makers of Claude). We count the cost. We don't keep what they say.
What does it cost to run?
Standard is $99 a month and All-in is $179 a month, with the AI and pictures included and nothing else to pay. Bring your own key is $79 a month plus what you use at Anthropic, usually $2 to $5 on a normal day, and pictures cost about 4 cents each on your own Google Gemini key. Not sure yet? Do I need to be technical?
No. You install it like any other app, then talk to your team in plain English, like texting. If you can send a text, you can run Bullpen.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Scan a code in Settings and add Bullpen to your home screen on iPhone or Android. Your PC does the work, and your phone is the remote. Leave the PC on and the team keeps working, even with the window closed.
What if I go over the AI budget?
You get a heads-up at 80%. At your plan's limit ($40 on Standard, $80 on All-in) the team pauses until your next month starts, so you never get a surprise bill. Need more room? Email us and we'll raise it.
Can I cancel?
Any time, right in Bullpen: Settings, then Manage billing. No contracts and no fees. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
