Plain rules for using Bullpen. By buying or using it, you agree to them.

Your subscription

• Bullpen is billed monthly through Stripe: Standard is $99 a month, All-in is $179 a month, Bring your own key is $79 a month. The free trial is 7 days from when you enter your key, on one computer, with a small AI allowance, one per email address.
• Cancel any time in Bullpen: Settings, then Manage billing. No fees. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
• If a payment fails and can't be fixed, your team pauses until it's sorted out.

The AI budget (Standard and All-in)

Standard includes up to $40 of AI use a month and All-in up to $80, pictures included. You get a heads-up at 80%. At the cap, the team pauses until your next month starts. Ask us and we can raise it.

Your license

• One license is for your business, on up to 3 computers.
• No reselling, renting out, or sharing your license key.
• Don't copy, take apart or resell Bullpen itself.

Using it well

• Your teammates act for you, so what they send and do is on you. Keep Auto-review on so risky things wait for your OK.
• AI can make mistakes. Check important work before it goes out.
• Don't use Bullpen for spam, anything illegal, or anything that breaks Anthropic's usage rules.
• You're responsible for the accounts and passwords you give your team.

The fine print

Bullpen is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months. We may update these terms; if it's a big change, we'll email you first. California law applies.
