Short version: your team and your work live on your own PC. We only keep what we need to bill you.

What stays on your PC

Your teammates, chats, files, emails, saved passwords, schedules, bot computers and backups. We can't see any of it.

AI requests

• Standard, All-in and the free trial: when a teammate asks the AI something or makes a picture, the request passes through our server on its way to Anthropic (the makers of Claude), or to Google Gemini for pictures, and the answer comes back the same way. We count how much you used so we can keep you under your budget. We don't store what was said.
• Bring your own key: AI requests go straight from your PC to Anthropic on your own account. We never see them.
• Pictures use your own Google Gemini key and go straight from your PC to Google.

What we keep

• Your email, plan and license key.
• Which computers use your license (up to 3).
• How much AI you used each month (All-in only).
• Normal server logs, like the address that checked for updates.

Payments go through Stripe. We never see your card number.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share your information. No ads. This website has no cookies and no tracking.

Questions or deleting your data

Write to bullpen@zoogaboog.com. To delete what's on your PC, uninstall Bullpen or use Settings, Advanced, Start over.
